We are currently looking to bring on experienced Licensed Professionals to serve as Team Leads on our IIH teams. |
|Duties:||Duties include but are not limited to the following:|
•Provide documented clinical supervision, expertise, and guidance to all members of the team
•Provides the assessment and reassessment of the client’s clinical needs
•Coordinates therapeutic activities and schedules for IIH team members
•Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
•Completion or oversight of ITR, PCPs and its updates, Authorizations and NCTOPPS.
•Engages in direct contact with clients and stakeholders
•Coordinates team and other staff during client crisis
•Participates in individual and family interventions with caseload.
|Qualifications:||In order for consideration, the following minimum qualifications must be met.|
•Must be fully or provisionally licensed with LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
•Must have at least one year Human Service experience post Masters Degree with children/adolescence who have emotional and/or behavioral issues.
